Jan Zachrisson

Jan is a Swedish entrepreneur, media personality and former musician / record producer. In 2009, he co-founded Epidemic Sound, a market leading platform for restriction-free music that collaborates with musicians all over the world, that successfully raised funding from EQT and Blackstone. Jan also co-founded Perfect Day Media in 2011, a full-service media agency that specializes in content optimized for podcasts, which was acquired by Pophouse in 2021. He began his career as a musician and later became a producer at MNW before leaving the music industry for television and the Swedish TV-channel TV4 where he was entertainment manager until 1995. He later co-founded and was creative director at Zodiak Television, which later became part of the Banijay Group, one of the largest international content producers and distributors globally.
