Stockholm, October 1, 2026: Pophouse Entertainment, the pioneering global entertainment and music investment firm, has acquired a 50% stake in the publishing and master music rights* of Australian singer-songwriter, Sia. Pophouse will support Sia in developing new creative ventures while continuing to steward her influential body of work.
Over the past two decades, Sia has established herself as one of the most distinctive and influential voices in contemporary music. Born in Adelaide, Australia and rising to global prominence through her artistic, vocal, and songwriting prowess, Sia has become one of the most sought-after creators of her generation. With billions of streams worldwide, nine Grammy nominations, and a catalogue that includes global hits such as ‘Unstoppable’, ‘Chandelier’, ‘Elastic Heart’, and ‘Cheap Thrills’, Sia has already left an enduring mark on modern popular culture.
This partnership reflects Pophouse’s strategy of acquiring and developing the highest calibre music IP while building a carefully curated and diversified portfolio of artists, as well as the firm’s expanding global footprint. Through its unique value-add approach and drawing on world-class, in-house storytelling expertise, Pophouse will collaborate with Sia on creative initiatives across a variety of formats that build on her artistry and to bring her music to new audiences around the world.
Sia said: “I’m really excited to be working with Pophouse. These songs mean so much to me, and I love that they really understand that and want to take care of them. I’ve been making music for a very long time now, and it feels exciting to think about all the new and different ways these songs might get to live on and find people. I’m really looking forward to seeing what we can dream up together.”
Pophouse CEO, Jessica Koravos, said: “Sia is an artist whose extraordinary catalogue and unique creative identity offer exceptional opportunities to celebrate and build on her remarkable body of work. This partnership will further empower Sia with strategic support and creative resources to continue pursuing her artistic ambitions while preserving and expanding her influence. It is a privilege to partner with Sia, and we look forward to supporting her continued artistic growth and ability to inspire audiences around the world.”
Pophouse Fund Partner, Shahriar Shokofan, said: “Few artists have shaped modern pop as profoundly as Sia, whose songwriting and unmistakable voice have defined some of the most iconic records of the past few decades. Sia’s ability to balance artistic integrity with mass appeal sets her apart as a truly unstoppable force. We are delighted to partner with her at this point in her career, with a shared ambition to support the continued growth of her catalogue and to unlock new audiences around the world.”

This marks Pophouse’s third artist partnership of 2026: in July, Pophouse announced they acquired a stake in the publishing and master music rights, and the name, image, and likeness (NIL) rights of English heavy metal pioneers, Iron Maiden; in March, the firm announced they acquired a majority stake in the music interests of rock icon, Tina Turner. Pophouse’s portfolio of partnerships with legendary artists also includes Cyndi Lauper, KISS, Avicii, and Swedish House Mafia.
Pophouse’s investment in the Sia catalogue is made through Pophouse Fund I, the firm’s debut fund which closed in March 2025, reaching its hard cap of €1 billion and becoming one of the largest first-time private equity funds to be raised in Europe in the last decade. In addition, over €200 million was secured capital through dedicated co-investment vehicles, bringing the total fundraise to over €1.2bn.
