In addition, employees should raise concern about behaviors with their managers if such behavior could be a potential risk to themselves, their colleagues, Pophouse’s business or reputation, or to any other stakeholder.

Pophouse expects that employees live by our values – and blow the whistle if they experience anything within Pophouse that does not comply with laws, rules, regulations or internal policies.

Employees are encouraged to communicate concerns directly to either relevant managers, responsible Human Resources. Pophouse also provides an alternative anonymously whistleblowing channel for employees etc which can be reached from any device, including smartphones. The whistleblowing channel, https://report.whistleb.com/pophouse, is administered by WhistleB, an EU directive compliant external service provider.

In order to enhance a culture of openness and to demonstrate that unethical behaviour, malpractice and committing criminal offences is taken seriously and dealt with at the highest level, Pophouse offers external parties (such as contractors, suppliers, supply chain and other stakeholders) an anonymously whistleblowing channel which can be reached from any device, including smartphones, on the following link: https://report.whistleb.com/pophouse.
